I moved to Idaho Falls

Life has been a little bumpy as of late. I spend most of my time visiting doctors trying to figure out what is causing my symptoms. I've been experiencing fatigue along with a wide-spread muscle pain for a few years but lately it's really taken over my life. Is it a virus? Is it something I'll have for life? Who knows.

In June my doctor put me out on a leave of absense. After three months I wasn't any better, just super medicated. I literally slept for six weeks straight. What an experience! It was a tough decision to leave behind my new AZ friends and a great job but I felt it was time to do something about my poor quality of life. I'm now living with my parents in Idaho Falls. Just when they thought the nest was almost empty...I know they love having me here. ;0) The change has come with many blessing already. The Lord has been mindful of me during this time in my life and I'm so grateful. I'm very hopeful that new doctors will have some ideas on how to get me better.

I joined a water exercise program last week that I'm enjoying. For those of you who haven't lived in Idaho it's breath-takingly chilly when the wind blows. Warming up the car and scraping the windows is the hard part. Once I get to class I'm surrounded with cheery senior citizens who are there to relieve their aches and pains too. My new found friends have been cheering me on. After the workout we sit in the hot tub and that almost makes up for having to warm up the car in the early morning hours. Talk about an opportunity to use all your will powers, positive thinking and self-talk methods...burr.
