The end is near...yet it's just beginning.

It's almost '08. I've been thinking about my New Year's resolutions and decided since my birthday is almost 1/2 way throughout the year that I'd do 6mo resolutions instead and then set new ones in August.

Ever since my mission I've made up 3x5 cards and posted them (usually in my bedroom). It's been fun to look back at all the initiatives from over the years.

My ward has been warm and welcoming. The sisters are great. I was recently set apart as the Relief Society Secretary. We've been studying Revelations in Sunday School - you know; wars, rumors of wars, etc. I feel like personally I'm living in the end (at the ripe age of 32 - yikes!), yet hoping for the page to turn and a new beginning to start. So here's to a new beginning and the hopes of improved heath.

Happy New Year Tessha! I really like your idea of six months goals. I think that might be what I do. I'm so excited for a new beginning too. Happy New Year! We love you.

I made 2 week goals. LOL Does that count?

I keep telling myself I will make some goals when my kids go to bed. I fall asleep crashed out and then wake up realizing that they will have to wait for another night. It might be 2009 before I get a goal made.

I'm not making any "goals" this year. I think I'll just keep trying to do what I know I should do. I've given in to "trying counts". I may not achieve as much as you with your goals but then... I probably wouldn't anyway. Oh well...
